Compensation: $1,200/month (Basic) + Commission

Key Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Sales Floor Leader, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional retail experiences onboard.

Your main duties include:

• Delivering outstanding customer service and personalized shopping assistance to cruise guests
• Actively engaging passengers with product knowledge, promotions, and upsell recommendations
• Maintaining high merchandising standards and a clean, welcoming store environment
• Handling guest payments, stock replenishment, and inventory control with accuracy and professionalism
• Supporting visual merchandising, price labeling, FIFO rotation, and promotional set-ups
• Collaborating with team members to exceed daily and monthly sales goals
• Taking ownership of product knowledge, brand representation, and guest satisfaction
• Contributing flexibly to other departments (e.g., Beauty, Inventory, Fine Watches) as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Retail Sales Experience: Luxury Retail experience - Cruise or travel retail is a plus
• Guest-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Communicative: Excellent English required; additional languages are a bonus
• Physically Capable: Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Team-Oriented: Positive attitude, adaptable, and collaborative
• Detail-Oriented: Cleanliness, organization, and compliance with merchandising standards
• Professional Presentation: Well-groomed, confident, and energetic personality
