Main Function
In line with MSC Cruises policies and procedures and under the supervision of the Spa manager, the Hairdresser/Barber is responsible for receiving Guests with a warm disposition.

Advising and providing tailored services for our guests in order to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications
Diploma from a National college with a minimum of 2 years education

Strong PC Skills using Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook or equivalent mail client application

Qualified in all aspects of Ladies Hairdressing

Hold a men's cutting and barber certificate

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The Hairdresser/Barber is responsible for increasing revenue by actively promoting all ship's hair treatments, services and products to guests
Handles all guests' questions or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Responsible for maintaining schedules as well as for the maintenance of the hairdressing equipment and facilities
Deals with complaints in a polite and professional manner and makes sure that guests are satisfied with the new look of their hair and the level of services rendered
Prepares and controls the set-ups in the salon
Professional and successful execution of the offered hairdressing services, expert advice and sales
