Future Cruise Consultant for Silversea Cruises

V.Ships Leisure is looking for Future Cruise Consultant on behalf of Silversea Cruises.
The position of Future Cruise Consultant is responsible for assisting the Future Cruise Manager optimizing and maximizing sales of future Silversea Cruises (Classic & Expedition) and related shore side products and services to guests onboard. In addition this position will work directly with guests Onboard to provide a personalized luxury customer service experience. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting Sales
• (Selling of future cruises (Classic/Expedition Fleet) and related shore side products and services)
• Assist Onboard Future Cruise Manager during the sales process once first contact has been made
• Follow-up pro-actively on leads within 24h from first contact made.
• Cruises quotes creation and in suite delivery
• Maintain high sales opportunities through the sales process
• Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale and exercise upsell opportunities throughout the    life of the onboard guest relationship
• Sell consultatively, using active listening skills, and make recommendations to prospects and clients
• Quickly apply new skills and multi-task to achieve peak levels of performance.
• Sales Targets
• Meet assigned voyage sales as communicated through the ’Incentive Plan’
• Manage a sales-focused workload, meet productivity goals, and optimize the selling process through pro-active customer contact.
• Other duties
• Assist with embark/debark and ship visits
• Demonstrate genuine concern for guests’ well-being at all times
• Take personal ownership of all guest requests, inquiries and ensure that they are responded to in a timely fashion, with efficiency and to the guest’s satisfaction
• Assist with providing guests with details on future itineraries for all ships within the Silversea portfolio
• Provide guests with high quality service in accordance with Silversea standards
• Meet and exceed guest expectations and ensure complete guest satisfaction as measures by the guest rating scores.
• Assist the Hotel Director, when and where required
• Maintain discipline and ensure you fully understand ship’s rules and regulations and adhere tothem.
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments and      colleagues (ship and shore side)
• Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
• Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
• Follow guidelines as outlined by Senior Personnel.
• Ensure accuracy in quoting guests on future cruise bookings.

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

• Excellent selling skills
• Excellent administrative skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Good Comprehension of in house systems.
