HOUSEKEEPING – Cabin Steward/ess / Laundry Steward/ess RIVER CRUISE VESSELS (EU) – Multiple Countries – Seasonal

Responsibilities

Responsible for the following tasks:

* Daily cleaning and maintenance of guest cabins.
* Daily assistance in cleaning all public areas, including public restrooms, fitness/sauna areas, hallways, and the reception area.
* Correct distribution of daily programs, gift orders, and turndown service in the assigned cabins.
* Welcoming guests and escorting them to their cabins during embarkation.

Co-responsible for the following tasks:

* Achieving and maintaining corporate standards in the housekeeping department.
* Proper handling of laundry for guests and crew, as well as laundry and uniforms cleaned by external companies.
* Proper handling and storage of all housekeeping supplies, detergents, and equipment.
* Assisting in the ship’s laundry.
* Assisting with loading supplies onto the ship as instructed.
* Assisting with inventory tasks within the housekeeping department.
* Participating in onboard training programs.
* Various preparatory tasks at the beginning and end of the season.
* Supporting other departments if needed, as instructed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

* 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
