Faststream Recruitment is working with a leading global cruise brand to recruit an experienced Casino Manager to join their premium ocean-going fleet. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and deliver an exceptional casino experience at sea.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily casino operations, including table games and slot machines
• Lead and develop a multicultural casino team
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies
• Drive revenue and guest engagement
• Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Casino Manager or Assistant Manager (shipboard or land-based)
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Solid knowledge of casino operations and compliance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
