ASST STORE KEEPER - HOTEL

- Assist Head Storekeeper in daily cleaning and checking fresh fruit and vegetables
- Ensure First In First Out (FIFO) procedure is followed for all food stores
- Daily check for any expired / spoiled items or stock damage and report findings to Provision Master
- Assist with loading to direct all items to correct storage area
- Ensure all cleaning materials are used conscientiously and correctly as per Company standard
-Ensure personal hygiene standards are adhered to including regular hand washing to avoid food contamination.
-Daily interaction with Provision Master to ensure any issues or stock concerns are raised for action and resolution
