Faststream Recruitment is proud to partner with one of the world’s most prestigious cruise lines to recruit an experienced Manager, Hotel Operations.
This is a rare opportunity for a cruise-experienced hospitality professional to manage hotel operations onboard a world-class, state-of-the-art cruise vessel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all onboard hotel departments: F&B, housekeeping, guest services, and entertainment
• Collaborate with shipboard leadership and shore-side teams to maintain brand excellence
• Ensure smooth day-to-day hotel operations and superior guest experience delivery
• Analyse operational data and guest feedback to drive improvements
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and maritime regulations

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in senior hotel leadership onboard a cruise ship
• Proven ability to lead large, diverse, multinational teams
• Strong operational, financial, and guest service acumen
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• STCW certification (or willingness to obtain)

Package:

• $7000 per month (dependent on experience)
• 4 months on / 2 months off rotation
