Captain

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Captain to lead one of our managed cruise vessels. This is a key leadership role onboard, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the ship, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and delivering an exceptional experience for both guests and crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall command of the vessel, ensuring safety, security, and operational excellence
• Compliance with flag state, international maritime regulations, and company policies
• Leadership and coordination of the ship’s senior officers and crew
• Oversight of navigation, voyage planning, and emergency preparedness
• Representing the company and maintaining high standards of guest service

Requirements:

• Valid Master Mariner license (STCW II/2)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Captain on passenger vessels
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of SOLAS, ISM, ISPS, and MARPOL regulations
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Experience with Bahamas or Bermuda flag vessels is an advantage
