Faststream Recruitment is delighted to be working with one of the world’s leading cruise brands to recruit an Associate Hotel Director.

This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished hospitality professional with cruise or luxury hotel experience to assist in leading the hotel operations aboard a state-of-the-art cruise ship, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Hotel Director in managing all aspects of the ship’s hotel division, including F&B, housekeeping, guest services, and entertainment
• Motivate and guide a large, multicultural team to deliver exceptional service
• Assist in implementing strategic initiatives to maximise revenue and control costs
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and maritime regulations
• Uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence and consistency

Requirements:

• 3+ years in senior leadership within the cruise or 5-star luxury hotel sector
• Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams (200+ staff ideal)
• Strong commercial awareness, financial acumen, and guest service skills
• Fluent in English; STCW certification or willingness to obtain

Package:

• $9,000+ per month (onboard)
• 4 months on / 2 months off rotation
