The Role:  We seek a talented and experienced 'Recruitment Consultant'.

Description Brief: 

This role aims to recruit officers and crew for the Scenic and Emerald Fleets for the Deck and Technical departments.

To develop, implement and maintain successful and efficient recruitment channels and practices, to the standards of the Talent team, including interviewing and selection of quality crew to company standards, and to assist in maintaining the establishment and pool where required, including the manning of current and new vessels, with sea staff for selected onboard departments. Collaborating with the hiring managers and crewing team, you will be an expert in managing multiple relationships.

Requirements:

Essential:

• High volume international recruitment
• Pressurised office environment

Desirable:

• Recruitment experience in the cruise industry
• Understanding of the onboard roles and structures
