The Training & Quality Assurance Analyst, Guest Port Services is responsible for developing and conducting training programs for shoreside "Meet & Greet and "Check-in staff" at piers, airports, and hotels worldwide for Azamara Club Cruises, Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean International.

Career Snapshot:

• Plans, organizes, develops and conducts job specific (technical) training courses, curriculum, materials and programs for the pier, airport and hotel staff based on department needs; works with management to ensure course content and material are relevant to training needs
• Develops and implements a service quality assurance training program, meeting specific brand guidelines
• Develops hands-on knowledge of work environment and experience to better develop appropriate training methods for procedures, policies, regulations, technologies, and customer service
• Organizes and develops a reference library of training manuals, materials and computer presentations
• Prepares training schedule and communicates it accordingly to stakeholders
• Maintains training records and conducts staff evaluations and metrics
• Analyzes course evaluations to judge effectiveness of training and implements suggestions for improvements
• Develops and provides effective delivery of train-the-trainer programs
• Works with Training and Quality Assurance Specialist and Corporate Training Manager to ensure consistency and alignment of department specific programs to corporate training initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 -4 years related training experience and training design/delivery experience
• Excellent platform and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good project management and organizational skills
• Technical or computer based training delivery/design
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Strong instructional design background/ability
• Customer service skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferences:

• Certification in industry training curriculum
• International travel experience and appreciation for multiple cultures
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and/or other languages
