Private Household & Estate Manager – UHNWI Residences (Shore-based)

We are seeking an experienced luxury hospitality professional to manage the operations of multiple private residences for a UHNW family office. This is a shore-based role (primary base Milan, Italy; with seasonal travel to Ibiza and London).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of residences; ensure properties are consistently guest-ready
• Manage and coordinate household staff, contractors, and vendors across locations
• Implement and maintain SOPs, checklists, and service standards comparable to a 5* hotel or luxury yacht
• Supervise housekeeping, laundry/wardrobe, provisioning, amenities, cars, gardens, and pools
• Plan logistics around arrivals/departures; ensure groceries and supplies match family needs
• Manage household budgets, cost control, and simple reporting to principal/family office
• Act as single point of contact with the principal’s PA for family and guest logistics

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous senior role in luxury hospitality (Front Office/Rooms/Operations Manager) OR as Purser/Chief Steward(ess) on luxury yachts or cruise ships
• Highly organized, discreet, and proactive; comfortable managing staff and suppliers
• Fluent English (Italian/Spanish a plus)
• Flexibility to travel between residences as needed
