Job Opportunity: Staff Captain

Requirements:

Previous experience as Staff Captain on cruise ships

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the second-in-command on board, ready to assume command in the event the Master becomes incapacitated.

Lead the Deck Department as Head of Department.

Serve as the designated Ship Security Officer, ensuring compliance with all safety and security regulations.

Contract & Benefits:

Salary: €12,950 per month (paid onboard) for the first tour, rising to €13,600 from the 3rd tour

Rotation: 3 months on / 3 months off 

Insurance: Allianz Worldwide Private Insurance provided.
