We are exclusively representing a major cruise line in their search for a Junior Electrical Superintendent to join their technical management team in Genoa. What You’ll Do

• Act as the technical link between ship and shore, managing new equipment and item requests in cooperation with the Asset Management team.
• Support and monitor the Planned Maintenance System (PMS), ensuring safe, cost-efficient, and timely execution of maintenance activities.
• Prepare and distribute operational and technical reports across the company.
• Assist with crew and office training on Asset Management software.
• Step in to approve purchase orders and requests when superintendents are away (shipyard, dry-docks, surveys, leave).

Who We’re Looking For

• You have a degree or diploma in Engineering (or equivalent certification).
• You’ve worked at least one year as a superintendent or as a 2nd ETO / Electrical Engineer on cruise ships.
• You’re comfortable with computer systems including MS Office, and ideally have worked with planned maintenance systems.
• You’re fluent in English; a second language is a plus.
• You’re prepared to be office-based full-time in Genoa (Le Torri).
