Executive Chef – River Cruises (Europe)

PEOPLECONQUEST – HR is recruiting for an International River Cruise Company.

Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate galley team.
Ensure top-quality culinary service and HACCP compliance.
Manage ordering, stock, cost, and budget.
Support onboard events and guest interaction.

Requirements:
Culinary diploma or equivalent.
2+ years’ experience in 4* or 5* hotels/restaurants (cruise experience a plus).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Fluent in English.
