About the job
Responsible for delivering an exceptional guest service for our travelers in accordance with Grand Circle Cruise Line (GCCL) standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• responsible for front desk area and gift shop
• organizing and conducting check-in and check-out
• handling and resolving travelers’ concerns
• conducting administrative tasks
• any other duties advised by Front Desk Manager/Hotel Manager
• periodically covering night duties

Skills/Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of relevant job experience, preferably on passenger ships
• High guest orientation
• Strive to ensure passenger satisfaction through proper handling of their issues / situations
• Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment
• Willingness to learn and progress
• Good command of English
