Location: Cruise Ship Worldwide

Position Overview:
The Casino Manager oversees all casino operations onboard the vessel, ensuring a dynamic and engaging gaming environment that meets company standards. The role involves leadership, budget oversight, guest satisfaction, staff development, and compliance with company’s brand standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all casino functions, staff, and guest experiences.
Create an engaging and safe gaming environment that encourages guest participation and retention.
Manage staffing levels, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary procedures.
Review financials, control costs, and identify opportunities for revenue growth (e.g., marketing, upselling, promotions).
Ensure compliance with company policies, USPH, safety, and environmental standards.
Monitor and maintain all gaming equipment and casino assets.
Maintain strong floor presence to minimize fraud and address guest issues in real-time.
Collaborate with ship departments to integrate the casino into the broader guest experience.
Identify and enroll VIP/high roller guests into the loyalty program.
Respond promptly to guest complaints and service recovery.

Experience:
2–5 years of progressive casino management experience (cruise lines, resorts, or hotels).
Completion of a Gaming Board/Commission-approved dealer school.


Skills:
Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
Financial management and budget monitoring expertise.
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
Familiarity with HR practices, guest service techniques, and casino systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).


Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional Requirements:
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Physically able to perform shipboard duties, including standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and participating in emergency drills.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to varying schedules and conditions.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
