We are looking for a Sous Chef for European Cruise Yachts.

Company's Requirements:

English Language - very good level
min. 2 References
Experience - min.2-3 years of experience onboard

EU & SOUTH AMERICAN CITIZENS ONLY! (VISA IS NOT PROVIDED)

Responsibilities:

In charge of all food preparation for passengers & crew, and maintaining & ordering provisions
· Helping in planning the Menu for passengers & crew in co-operation with the Hotel Manager
· Directs the activities of the galley staff in fulfilling their duties
· Ensures all company policies are enforced and obeyed among his staff
· MUST ensure the work surfaces and material including food are sanitary and properly handled (CLEANLINESS FIRST)
· The job is an active one, the Deputy Chief Cook will plan & prepare passenger meals, and direct his staff accordingly
· MUST ensure that the galley is properly cleaned at the end of the day and any food left out is properly covered
· ABSOLUTELY MUST ensure that the cold room doors are closed at all times including when inside getting food
. Comply with safety, health policy and program on board; Guides, Instructs, & Supervises the cooks and galley staff in their jobs

Our Offer Includes:

International Contract

Air tickets paid by the company - begining and end of contract 

Rotation: 4 months working / 2 months of vacation 

Salary: 3780 EUR Netto
