Chef de partie / 1st cook (f/m)

Qualification / Job experience:

At least 1-2 years of job experience in a comparable position.
Good knowledge regarding food, ingredients, recipes (modern, international cuisine)
Good knowledge of all cleaning procedures, cleaning agents, chemicals (including storage) and especially of the U.S.P.H. standards.

Personal requirements:

Minimum age 21
English spoken + Basic German
Respectful, friendly and professional conduct towards passengers and crew
Team player
Ability to work under pressure
Full STCW and valid medical are needed
