 Join Amadeus River Cruises as a Hotel Manager and lead the onboard hospitality experience across Europe’s most scenic waterways. As the strategic head of all hotel operations, you’ll oversee guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and finance/reception, ensuring seamless service and unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all hotel departments onboard
• Ensure delivery of high-quality guest services and satisfaction
• Oversee food safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance
• Conduct inspections, manage schedules, and coordinate logistics
• Mentor and develop a multinational hospitality team

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hotel management experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or cruise environment
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and German; other languages are a plus
• Proficient in administrative and financial operations
• High ethical standards and ability to work autonomously, with strong leadership skills and lead by example attitude
