About the job
Responsible for delivering an exceptional guest service for our travelers in accordance with Grand Circle Cruise Line (GCCL) standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• responsible for front desk area and gift shop
• organizing and conducting check-in and check-out
• handling and resolving travelers’ concerns
• conducting administrative tasks
• any other duties advised by Hotel Manager

Skills/Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of relevant job experience, preferably on passenger ships
• Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment
• Friendly and energetic attitude
• Good communication skills
• Preparing arrival and other forms depending on port of call
• Willingness to learn and progress
• Good command of English
• For non-European candidate visa might be required based on embarkation port
• Seaman book
• Certificates (at the expense of employee):
• Basic Safety Training (STCW Code VI/1)
• Security Awareness Training (STCW Code VI/6-1)
• Passenger Ship Safety (STCW Code V/2)
