The Cruise Retail Academy is hiring Art Consultants for a prestigious luxury gallery opening in Boston. Your Role

• Build deep relationships with clients through personalised art consultations
• Present and sell fine art, originals, limited editions, and sculptures
• Host intimate gallery events, client previews, and artist-focused storytelling sessions
• Support daily gallery operations, including merchandising and visual presentation
• Deliver exceptional client service in line with global luxury standards
• Maintain accurate sales reporting, CRM logs, and compliance requirements

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in fine art, luxury retail, jewellery, timepieces, or similar high-value sales
• Confidence in clienteling, closing, and building long-term client relationships
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for contemporary art, artists, and visual storytelling
• A naturally warm, polished, and engaging presence
• Motivation, resilience, and a results-driven sales mindset
