Minimum requirements:
•Hands On mentality
•Eye for quality and excellence
•Proven leadership abilities and communication skills
•Strong organizational and computer skills
•Fluent command of English
•Work experience on passenger ships
•Seaman's book
•Certificates (at the expense of employee):
➢Rating forming part of Engine Room watch (STCW Code III/5)
➢Basic Safety Training (STCW Code VI/1)
➢Security Awareness Training (STCW Code VI/6-1)
➢Proficiency in Survival craft and Rescue Boats other than Fast Rescue Boats (STCW Code VI/2-1)
➢Passenger Ship Safety (STCW Code V/2)
What we offer:
•Monthly basic salary transferred to a bank account of choice
•Tip equally shared through all crew members, average of 600 Euros per month
•Rotation – in average 5 months on board 3 months at home
•Insurance: coverage by private insurance company - Allianz.
•Contract is seasonal; paid only for the time on board
