Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper (or senior housekeeping management role) onboard a cruise ship is mandatory
• Strong leadership experience managing, motivating, and engaging a large and diverse multicultural team
• Proven ability to maintain 5* housekeeping standards in a high-volume operation
• Ability to obtain all relevant seagoing documents and visas
