Faststream Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious global cruise operator to recruit an experienced Hotel Director to join their fleet.

This senior leadership role oversees the overall operation of the onboard hotel division, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while delivering strong operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel operations onboard including Guest Services, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Entertainment, Retail, and Spa
• Ensure the highest standards of guest service across all departments
• Manage hotel revenue, budgets, and operational costs
• Lead, develop, and motivate a large multicultural team
• Work closely with senior shipboard leadership to ensure smooth operations and compliance

Requirements

• Previous experience as Hotel Director within the cruise industry or a large scale luxury hotel. 
• Experience managing large hotel operations in a cruise or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Financial and operational management experience
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage
