Faststream is recruiting for a Pastry Sous Chef to join a leading and internationally recognised cruise line. The client offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced pastry professional to bring their creativity, technical skill, and leadership to a highly successful cruise brand that is renowned for excellence in guest experience and dining standards.The role offers:
- Salary from $3,500 per month, based on experience
- 6 months on / 2 months off rotation

- Shipboard experience (preferable but not essential)
- Proven experience in high-volume pastry production
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- High standards in food presentation, quality, and hygiene
- Availability to join in line with operational requirements
