We’re searching for a passionate, experienced, and guest‑focused Barkeeper to join our luxury Amadeus river cruise fleet. As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you’ll bring warmth, professionalism, and a sales‑driven mindset to all our onboard venues, including:

• Panorama Lounge (Bar)
• Amadeus Club
• Café Vienna
• Restaurant
• Sun Deck 

 Your Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional, and sales‑focused beverage service in line with Amadeus standards.
• Lead, inspire, and coordinate the bar team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing service that exceeds expectations.
• Train bar waiters in order taking, service techniques, beverage knowledge.
• Ensure accurate billing and correct POS handling.
• Manage timely beverage orders and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Oversee beverage and bar inventories (per cruise and monthly).
• Ensure all bars are fully stocked for daily operations and special events.
• Coordinate staff

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a 4★ or 5★ venue or cruise environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
• Excellent command of English and German.
• Solid knowledge of bar & restaurant service.
• Excellent understanding of wines (sommelier duties), cocktails, and hot/cold beverages.
• Service‑oriented, guest‑focused, reliable, and a strong team player.
• Well‑groomed appearance and impeccable hygiene.
• Stress‑resistant, disciplined, and well‑organized.
