Faststream is recruiting for an experienced Assistant Maitre D to join an award winning and market leading premium cruise line. The client offers an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Maitre D to bring their expertise to progress and work for a highly successful cruise line focusing on fine dining and the high level of service that goes alongside this.

The role offers:

• 6 month on 2 months off rotation

The desired candidate will have the following:

• Experience of working on a Cruise Ship 
• Proven ability to manage a large front of house restaurant operation.
• Availability to join immediately.
