The Casino Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the onboard casino, ensuring revenue targets are met, exceptional guest service is delivered, and all gaming activities comply with company policies and international regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee all casino operations, including table games, slot machines, and VIP gaming areas
Drive revenue performance and manage key financial metrics (e.g., hold %, profitability, cost control)
Lead, coach, and develop a multicultural casino team (dealers, supervisors, slot technicians)
Deliver an outstanding guest experience, with a strong focus on VIP and high-value players
Ensure compliance with company policies and international gaming regulations
Analyze financial and operational reports; implement strategies to optimize performance
Plan and execute casino promotions, tournaments, and loyalty initiatives
Collaborate with other onboard departments (Hotel, Finance, Security)

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 21 years old.
Minimum 1-2 years of casino management background
Previous shipboard experience
Extensive knowledge of slots, tables, and cage operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
