Sous Chef – Luxury Cruise Ship

Rotation: 4 Months On / 2 Months Off
Accommodation: Single Cabin
Salary: USD $5,853 per month onboard (inclusive of vacation pay)

Key Requirements

Current Chef de Partie (CDP) seeking progression to Sous Chef level.
Previous cruise ship experience combined with strong land-based hospitality experience preferred.
Proven background within luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, private clubs, resorts, or premium cruise lines.
Strong culinary skills with a passion for quality, presentation, and consistency.
Stable employment history demonstrating commitment and progression.
