Your chartered goal

• Managing and coordinating all scheduling within the Body & Soul area
• Providing friendly, professional, and personalized product recommendations and selling spa treatments and premium products (brands include La Ric, Couleur Caramel, Thalgo, and Pharmos Natur)
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining quality standards
• Responding promptly and proactively to guest inquiries and requests
• Participation in training courses in the areas of spa, fitness, and hairdressing
• Career development opportunities including advancement from Spa Supervisor (m/f/d) to Spa Manager (m/f/d)

Your previous ports of call

• Completed apprenticeship and initial professional experience in the spa and wellness sector, ideally as a receptionist (m/f/d) in the wellness hotel industry
• Very good German and English skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Ideally, experience with industry-specific software
• High level of service and sales orientation, positive attitude, confidence, and excellent communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
