The GFO Position requires the agents to make and confirm specialized air requests from travel partners as well as direct guests. Monitor flights for air/sea and c/o guests with transfers and handle incoming calls from guests who are experiencing flight irregularities while en route to the ship. Act as a liaison between the airport/pier and work closely with the ship personnel to accommodate guests travel request while on ship.
