Faststream Recruitment is seeking a Slot Manager to join a leading international cruise operator.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced gaming professionals looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic, guest-focused environment while travelling the world and overseeing a high-performing onboard slot operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the onboard slot department, ensuring all gaming equipment is operating efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Slot Technician team to deliver exceptional operational performance and guest service.
• Monitor slot machine performance and revenue, implementing strategies to maximise profitability and guest engagement.
• Ensure all slot machines and related equipment are maintained, repaired, and serviced to the highest standards.
• Coordinate machine installations, relocations, conversions, and upgrades as required.
• Maintain compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies, and onboard procedures.
• Analyse operational reports and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with slot promotions, tournaments, and player engagement activities.
• Manage inventory and spare parts for the slot operation.
• Build positive relationships with guests and respond professionally to enquiries and technical concerns.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Slot Manager, Slot Supervisor, Slot Operations Manager, or similar casino gaming leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of slot operations, gaming systems, and slot machine maintenance procedures.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance and revenue data.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Previous cruise ship experience is advantageous but not essential.
