An opportunity is available for an experienced Hotel Director.

We are seeking a commercially astute hospitality leader with a proven track record overseeing large-scale hotel operations, guest experience, financial performance, and multi-department management within the cruise industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership of Hotel Operations, including Guest Services, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Administration, Finance, and onboard concessions, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and guest satisfaction are maintained throughout the operation.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Hotel Director or equivalent senior hotel leadership role

Previous cruise ship experience

Strong financial and operational management capability

Proven leadership skills with experience managing large multicultural teams

Excellent English communication skills; additional languages advantageous

Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and STCW certification required
