We are recruiting Bakers for placement with leading cruise lines. As a Baker onboard, you will prepare fresh breads, pastries, and desserts daily for guests and crew, working under the supervision of the Pastry Chef and Executive Chef.

Responsibilities:

  • Bake breads, rolls, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and schedules
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery section
  • Support buffet, dining room, and specialty restaurant needs
  • Follow food safety standards (HACCP/USPH)
  • Assist with stock rotation and inventory control

Requirements:

  • Professional baking experience (hotel, resort, or cruise ship preferred)
  • Knowledge of bread and pastry techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
