The Executive Chef ensures the efficient operations of all food production areas, by consistently analyzing the food production quality & cost, keeping within budget & monitoring time management. He/She is required to implement and maintain all service standards as determined by the Corporate Office, and it is your duty to provide your team with ongoing training and support.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Minimum 21 years old
* Graduated culinary education or equivalent professional experience
* Experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 stars hotel, resort, or restaurant operation
* Fluent English with excellent communication skills to understand and explain menus, recipes, and kitchen procedures
* Experience leading multicultural teams
* Flexible, stress-resistant, and a committed team player
* Guest-focused, service-oriented, with a positive attitude, professional appearance, and impeccable hygiene standards
* Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage
* No visible tattoos

 

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship and in a 4/5* Hotel or Upscale Restaurant.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
