Key Responsibilities
- Elevate Guest Experiences: Serve as the face of our brand, ensuring every guest interaction is met with empathy and understanding.
- Creating Positive Connections: Build trust and rapport with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds, contributing to their sense of belonging.
- Enhance Operational Excellence: Collaborate with onboard teams to ensure smooth communication and impeccable service delivery.
- Champion Feedback: Actively listen to guest feedback for continuous improvements to meet and exceed expectations. Your ability to connect with others will directly impact our reputation for excellence and ensure our guests cherish their time aboard.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven previous experience : A minimum of two years in a similar role within the cruise industry or a high-end hotel setting.
- Multilingual Proficiency: Fluent English and proficiency in at least two other Asian languages(Japanese/Korean/Mandarin)
- Soft Skills Mastery: Strong communication, active listening, and conflict resolution skills with a natural ability to empathize and adapt to diverse situations.
- Service-Oriented Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring every guest feels heard and supported.
