Your chartered goal

• Responsibility for coordinating and overseeing all process workflows in the Bar & Restaurant, Galley and Provision areas
• Ensuring sustainable quality management with a focus on guest and employee satisfaction as well as financial performance
• Leading and motivating an international team of up to 300 employees
• Analysis of business performance indicators and development of targeted improvement measures
• Implementing and ensuring compliance with our high standards of quality, safety and hygiene

Your previous ports of call

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification, along with several years of professional and leadership experience in the operational F&B sector of multi-outlet companies
• Experience in leading an international crew, ideally on international cruise ships
• Previous experience in mentoring and coaching
• Service-oriented host and team player with diplomatic communication skills
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and hospitality system applications
• Structured and goal-oriented working style with strong analytical thinking
