Faststream is recruiting on behalf of a leading cruise operator for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join their culinary team onboard.

In this role, you will support the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences across multiple venues while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and team leadership. You will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the galley, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with company and international food safety standards.

To be considered, you must have:

• Previous shipboard experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar senior culinary position onboard a cruise ship.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience working in high-volume, multicultural hospitality environments.
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and international food safety standards.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused operation.
