Faststream Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious luxury hospitality brand to recruit an exceptional Chef de Cuisine for an exciting ultra-luxury yacht operation.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a world-class culinary programme at sea, delivering exceptional dining experiences at a very high level.

The Role

As Chef de Cuisine, you will play a pivotal tole in the culinary leadership team, overseeing the preparation and delivery of exceptional cuisine while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation and guest satisfaction. You will inspire and develop your culinary team, ensuring operational excellence and an outstanding luxury dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous Chef de Cuisine or senior culinary leadership experience within luxury cruise, expedition or yacht operations, or significant leadership experience in a luxury hotel or resort, ideally at Michelin star level.

• A proven ability to lead and develop multicultural culinary teams.

• Strong knowledge of international cuisine, fine dining, provisioning and food cost control.

• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
