We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a prestigious luxury cruise line.

Position: Sous Chef
Rotation: 5 months on / 2 months off
Salary: USD $3,400 per month

Requirements:

Proven luxury hospitality / fine-dining background
Previous cruise ship experience
Must have sailed in the rank of Sous Chef
Strong culinary, leadership and organisational skills
Comfortable working within the high standards expected in luxury cruising
