Master Mariner

An opportunity for a Master Mariner to work shore side in a legal role has become available in Newcastle.

This position will draw on your technical knowledge to be used daily in this busy admiralty practice. You will be assisting with marine investigations and also advising on disputes with regards to technical matters.

The suitable candidate will hold a Master Mariner Unlimited ticket. You will have sailed as a Chief Officer or Master and be very academically minded. You can come straight from sea or have a related shore position. Having a background in law will be advantageous but not a pre-requisite.

Remuneration is dependent on your background. Applicants must already have the right to live and work in the UK.
