Faststream is recruiting for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join an award-winning, market-leading cruise line renowned for its world-class dining and large-scale luxury operations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven Junior Sous Chef experience within a large-scale luxury operation
• Experience within a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, upscale restaurant or cruise line
• International experience is essential
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Shipboard experience is preferred but not essential
• Availability to join at short notice
