Faststream is recruiting for an exceptional Chief Housekeeper to join a world-leading ultra-luxury cruise brand.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior Housekeeping professional who has already excelled within the luxury hospitality industry and is ready to take their career to the next level.

Whether you already have experience at sea or have built your career within some of the world's most prestigious ultra-luxury hotels and resorts, this role offers the opportunity to bring your expertise to an exceptional luxury brand and experience a unique career at sea.

The Role As Chief Housekeeper, you will lead the onboard Housekeeping operation, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and personalised guest service are delivered throughout the vessel.
You will manage and develop a multicultural team while maintaining the exceptional attention to detail expected within a truly ultra-luxury environment.

We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a Executive Housekeeping position or higher 
• A strong background within ultra-luxury hospitality
• Experience working to Forbes standards or within a Forbes-rated property
• Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine understanding of luxury service
• Strong leadership experience managing and developing teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Previous cruise experience is welcomed but not essential

The Package

• Starting salary of $4,700 USD per month while onboard
• 4 months on / 2 months off rotation
