Senior Pastry Cook

SENIOR PASTRY COOK- CRUISE

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Pastry Cook to join a luxury passenger vessel, with an ASAP start.

Joining: ASAP
Salary: USD $2,527 per month – paid while onboard only
Rotation: 6 months on / 2 months off
Cabin: Double occupancy

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality pastries, desserts, petit fours and confectionery while maintaining exceptional presentation, hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Requirements:
• Previous passenger ship experience is essential
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Strong pastry production, decoration and presentation skills
• Experience supervising and supporting junior pastry team members
• Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP standards
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a busy, high-end galley environment
• Valid STCW certification

Candidates must be able to provide samples of their work or a pastry portfolio.
