About the Role
Line Crewing is looking for a Greek native speaker based in Greece to join our team as a Business Development Partner - Greece.
The main responsibility will be to identify potential companies in Greece, establish professional communication with decision-makers, introduce our recruitment and manpower supply services, and develop long-term business relationships.
The position will cover various sectors, including:
- Ship Management Companies
- Ship Owners and Maritime Companies
- Hotels and Hospitality Companies
- Factories and Manufacturing Companies
- Logistics and Transportation Companies
- Construction Companies
- Agriculture and Food Production
- Other businesses and organizations requiring qualified manpower
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential companies and business opportunities in Greece.
- Establish contact with companies and relevant decision-makers.
- Introduce Line Crewing and our recruitment and manpower supply services.
- Develop relationships with HR, Crewing, Procurement and Management teams.
- Identify current and future recruitment requirements.
- Follow up with potential clients and develop business opportunities.
- Maintain professional relationships with companies.
- Provide market feedback regarding recruitment and manpower requirements in Greece.
Requirements
- Greek native speaker.
- Currently based in Greece.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional approach when dealing with companies.
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, B2B or a related field is an advantage.
- Existing professional contacts and knowledge of the Greek market are highly appreciated.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Strong interest in developing long-term business relationships.
