About the Role

Line Crewing is looking for a Croatian native speaker based in Croatia to join our team as a Business Development Partner - Croatia.

The main responsibility will be to identify potential companies in Croatia, establish professional communication with decision-makers, introduce our recruitment and manpower supply services, and develop long-term business relationships.

Our priority is to develop cooperation with companies in the maritime and ship management sector, while also exploring opportunities across other industries where qualified manpower may be required.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential companies and business opportunities in Croatia.

Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers.

Establish professional contact with companies.

Introduce Line Crewing and our recruitment and manpower supply services.

Communicate with HR, Crewing, Procurement and Management teams.

Identify current and future recruitment requirements.

Develop potential cooperation and maintain regular follow-up.

Build long-term relationships with companies.

Provide market feedback regarding recruitment needs in Croatia.

Requirements

Native Croatian speaker.

Currently based in Croatia.

Good English communication skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional approach when communicating with companies.

Experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, B2B or a related field is an advantage.

Existing professional contacts and knowledge of the Croatian market are highly appreciated.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Self-motivated and results-oriented.
