Take your culinary career to sea with an international cruise line, working within a large-scale luxury galley operation.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Junior Sous Chef from a five-star hotel, luxury resort, upscale restaurant or cruise background. Previous shipboard experience is preferred but isn't essential, making this a strong opportunity for chefs looking to move into the cruise industry.

The opportunity

As Junior Sous Chef, you'll support the senior culinary team in delivering consistently high standards of food across a busy, international operation.
You'll work as part of a multicultural team, developing your experience within a large-scale galley environment while building your career with an established international cruise brand.

What you'll need

Essential

• Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef
• Experience within a five-star hotel, luxury resort, upscale restaurant or cruise line
• Experience working in an international environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Availability to join at short notice

Preferred

• Previous shipboard experience

Contract & package

• Salary: from USD 2,400 per month
• Rotation: 6 months onboard / 2 months off
