Executive Sous Chef – Luxury Cruise Ship

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join a luxury cruise ship.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in luxury hospitality to join a high-end operation at sea.

Position: Executive Sous Chef
Vessel: Luxury Cruise Ship
Start Date: Flexible
Contract: 4 months onboard / 2 months leave
Salary: USD $8,250 per month, paid whilst onboard only

Candidate Requirements

Successful candidates must have:

Previous experience in rank as an Executive Sous Chef
A strong background within luxury hospitality operations, either onboard cruise ships or within luxury hotels, resorts or similar high-end establishments ashore
Excellent culinary, leadership and team management skills
Experience working within a high-quality, fast-paced culinary operation
All required STCW certification and documentation valid and in hand
