Faststream Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Hotel Director on behalf of a prestigious ultra-luxury ocean cruise operator.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished hospitality leader to oversee the onboard hotel operation, delivering outstanding personalised guest service and operational excellence.

The Role
Reporting to the Captain, you will oversee the entire Hotel Department, leading a multicultural team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all onboard hotel departments, ensuring exceptional service standards. 
• Lead, mentor and develop the Hotel Management team.
• Drive guest satisfaction and personalised luxury service delivery.
• Manage departmental budgets, financial performance and cost control. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies, public health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with senior shipboard leadership to ensure seamless hotel operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hotel Director onboard a luxury cruise ship or within an ultra-luxury hotel. Expedition cruise experience is also welcomed!  
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and exceptional guest service.
•  Proven experience managing large-scale hotel operations.
•  Excellent financial acumen and operational management skills.
•  Strong leadership experience managing multicultural teams.
•  Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities. 
•  Fluent English and valid seagoing documentation, or willingness to obtain.
